How do I turn a photo into a drawing?
Upload your photo to the poster of your choice. Within 30 to 60 seconds, you'll see your own photo transformed into a drawing on your screen. Optionally add a name, date, or text, and order immediately. Prefer a fully hand-drawn portrait? That's also possible, via the hand-drawn illustrations.
How long until I receive my poster?
For most posters, including photo to illustration, you'll see immediate results and receive your poster within 1 to 3 business days.
If you choose a hand-drawn illustration, you'll first receive a digital proof. Allow approximately 2 weeks plus 3 business days for delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
Netherlands: €3.95 | Belgium: €5.95.
Can I return my personalized poster?
Because your poster is custom-made with personal information, returns are not possible. However, quality is paramount: if the poster arrived damaged or there is a product defect, please email a photo of the poster and the packaging. A suitable solution, such as a new copy, will be provided free of charge.
