What are the delivery times?
That depends on the product you choose. With "design your own" posters, you see the result immediately on your screen. Because there's no manual work involved, they're perfect as a last-minute gift.
For illustrations I need more time, because I draw them by hand.

What are the shipping costs?

Will I get to see a preview before my poster is printed?
Absolutely. I think it's important that the poster is exactly as you envision it. How this works depends on the type of product you choose:
- Design your own posters
When you start working in the editor, you'll immediately see a live preview on your screen. What you see there is exactly what I'll print for you. Before I actually print the poster, I always manually review the design. If I spot an error, I'll always contact you first. This way, you can be sure the result will be perfect. - Illustration posters
If you'd like a unique, hand-drawn illustration based on your photo, I'll always email you a digital proof first. You can then review everything to your liking and let us know any minor adjustments. Only when you're completely satisfied will it be shipped to you.
What requirements should my photo meet for an illustration?
For my line drawings and portraits, I prefer to work with sharp photos in good light, but I can often do more with a photo than you think. The most important thing is that the facial contours and eyes are clearly visible, because that's where the recognition lies.
Are you unsure about the quality of a photo? Feel free to send it to me first via email or Instagram. I'd be happy to help you determine if the photo is suitable for an illustration.
I don't have a nice group photo, can I also provide individual photos for an illustration?
In most cases, that's certainly possible, but I like to assess the photos first. It's important that the perspectives and the quality of the individual photos align well enough for a beautiful and natural result.
Please email me the photos you'd like to use first. I'll then check if it's feasible and create a free sample composition for you. This way, you can be sure it's a cohesive whole before you place your order.
Can I return my poster?
Because your poster is custom-made with personal details, returns are not possible.
Quality is paramount! Did your poster arrive damaged or is there a product defect? Please email photos of the poster and the packaging along with the shipping label. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a new copy, free of charge.
