The digital sample will be sent by email within 2 weeks .
4. 100% satisfaction
Still not completely satisfied with the result? No problem. You can make as many minor adjustments as you like until the design is perfect.
5. Agree & press
Only after your final 'approval' will the poster be put into production and shipped.

All posters are printed on sturdy, 192-gram premium paper. A luxurious, matte finish has been chosen so that colors appear deep and bright, and the poster does not reflect in a frame.
Frames
When purchasing a frame, the framing service is free. You will then receive the complete item ready to hang.

Delivery time
As this is a hand-drawn product, the delivery time works as follows:
- Design: You will receive the digital proof by email within 2 weeks.
- Printed: After your approval, the poster will be printed and delivered within 3 working days.
Shipping Costs & Packaging
Posters are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope. Orders including a frame are sent with extra protection.

Returns & Warranty
As this product is specially made to measure with personal details, returns are not possible. However, quality comes first! Has the poster arrived damaged or is there a product defect? Please email a photo to info@personalprints.nl. A suitable solution will be provided free of charge, such as a new copy.
