Material
All posters are printed on sturdy, 192-gram premium paper. A luxurious, matte finish has been chosen so that colors appear deep and bright and the poster does not reflect in a frame.
Frames
When purchasing a frame, the framing service is free. You will receive the entire piece ready to hang.

Delivery time
Because each product is carefully inspected and produced, the following delivery time applies:
- Printed: Delivered within 1-3 business days.
(For hand-drawn illustrations, a longer delivery time applies).
Shipping Costs & Packaging
Posters are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope. Orders with frames are sent with extra protection.

Returns & Warranty
As this product is custom-made with personal details, returns are not possible. However, quality is paramount! Has the poster arrived damaged or is there a product defect? Please email a photo to info@personalprints.nl. A suitable solution, such as a new copy, will be provided free of charge.
