Would you still like a different background color or text? No problem. You can submit unlimited changes until the design is perfect.
5. Agree & Print
Only after your final 'approval' will the poster be put into production and shipped.

Material
All posters are printed on sturdy, 192-gram premium paper. A luxurious, matte finish has been chosen so that colors appear deep and bright and the poster does not reflect in a frame.
Frames
When purchasing a frame, the framing service is free. You will then receive the complete item ready to hang.

Delivery Time
Since this product is personalized for you, the delivery time works as follows:
- Design: You will receive the preview by email within 1 to 3 business days.
- Printed: After your approval, the poster will be printed and delivered within 3 business days.
Shipping Costs & Packaging
Posters are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope for protection. Orders with frames are sent in a box with extra protection.

Returns & Warranty
As this product is custom-made with personal details, returns are not possible. However, quality is paramount! Did the poster arrive damaged or is there a product defect? Please email a photo to info@personalprints.nl. A suitable solution will be provided free of charge.
