• Combination: If you order the frame together with a poster, everything will be shipped together, and the delivery time for the poster applies.

Orders with a frame will be shipped in a box with extra protection.

Returns & Warranty
Not completely satisfied with the size or color? You can return the frame within 14 days (as long as it's unused and in the original packaging). You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Injury?
If the frame arrived damaged despite being properly packaged, please report this immediately to info@personalprints.nl (please include a photo). We will then provide you with a new one free of charge.
