Returns & Warranty
Are you not entirely satisfied with the size or color? You can return the frame within 14 days (provided it is unused and in its original packaging). The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.

Damage?
Despite the good packaging, has the frame arrived damaged? Please report this immediately via info@personalprints.nl (please include a photo). A new item will then be provided free of charge.
