After receiving your order, the photo is handcrafted into a unique illustration. Because this is truly custom work, it's done with great care and attention.
3. The example
The digital sample will be sent by email within 2 weeks .
4. 100% satisfaction
Still not completely satisfied with the result? No problem. You can make as many minor adjustments as you like until the design is perfect.
5. Agree & press
Only after your final 'approval' will the poster be put into production and shipped.

Material
All posters are printed on sturdy, 192-gram premium paper. A luxurious matte finish ensures deep, vibrant colors and prevents reflections in the frame.
Lists
When you purchase a frame, the framing service is free. You'll receive the entire piece ready to hang immediately.
Digital file
If you select "Digital," a print-ready PDF in high resolution (300 dpi) will be sent by email. The standard size is A4, but any other format can be customized free of charge upon request. The file can then be printed as often as desired.
Shipping & Service
Delivery time
Because this is a hand-drawn product, the delivery time works in two steps:
- Design: You will receive the digital sample by email within 2 weeks.
- Printed: After your approval, the poster will be printed and delivered within 3 working days.
- Digital: The preview is the print-ready file. You can use it for printing.
Shipping & Packaging
Posters are shipped flat in a sturdy cardboard envelope. Orders with frames are shipped with extra protection.

Returns & Warranty
Because this product is custom-made with personal information, returns are not possible. However, quality is our top priority! Did your poster arrive damaged or is there a product defect? Please email a photo to info@personalprints.nl . We will provide a suitable solution, such as a new copy, free of charge.
