How to have a wedding drawing made in 4 steps
Step 1. Choose the photo
Choose a sharp photo where the faces are clearly visible. A close-up photo works better than a wide shot from far away. Are the official wedding photos not available yet? Then you can also use a photo from the day itself, or another photo of the couple together.
Step 2. Choose your style
You can choose between two drawing styles that are unique to Personal Prints. Watercolor is soft and in color. This style suits a romantic, light atmosphere. Pencil sketch is black and white and realistic with fine shading. This suits a classic wedding photo or a sleek interior well.
Step 3. Add names and wedding date
Place the names of the bride and groom and the wedding date below the drawing, or a short text that suits them. Then choose portrait or landscape. Portrait works well for a photo of only the bride and groom. Landscape suits better if there are more people in the photo.
Step 4. View the result and order
After uploading, you will see the drawing directly on your screen. What you see is what you get. A proof print is therefore not necessary. Choose A4 or 30x40 cm, with or without a frame. Every design is personally checked before it is printed. If a photo is not sharp enough, I will contact you. Within 1 to 3 business days, the poster will be delivered to your home, wrapped as a gift. You will always receive a printed poster, not a digital file.
When do you give a wedding drawing?
If you want to give it at the wedding itself, there will not be a wedding photo yet. Then use a photo of the couple together, for example from the engagement. If you want to have the wedding photo itself drawn, give it after the wedding, as soon as the photos are in. Then your gift will also stand out, because the busyness of the wedding day is already over.
